Costs come down again in 1 GW German onshore wind energy auction

The results are in from the latest German onshore auction and costs have fallen again. The average support price is €38/MWh. The lowest bid was €22/MWh. Belgian offshore wind power costs fall to €79/MWh as 716MW finalised

The Belgian government reached an agreement on Friday with the developers of three offshore wind farms for a subsidy rate €79/MWh.
