The order includes the supply, installation and commissioning of 15 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines, as well as a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement.

The site is located in Lüganuse parish, Ida-Viru county, in the north-eastern part of Estonia.
Delivery and installation of the wind turbines is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2023 with commissioning scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
