Colored Solar’s Photovoltaic Panels Are Now CEC Eligible Listed Products

Colored Solar’s line of Stylish Solar Panels(TM) are now listed by the California Energy Commission as high quality. This qualifies the panels for government rebates and incentives with all manufacturing steps done in the US, including cell tabbing, stringing, layup and lamination. These panels are designed to take advantage of the domestic PV supply chain and include over 95% domestic content, making it perfect for Buy American, ARRA and Ex-Im Bank funded projects.

These premium high efficient panels are >16% in performance, designed and engineered to visually blend into the building, offering architects, and solar installers a new canvas of colored solar options that were unavailable until now.

The CEC listing comes shortly after the company announced the new family of Stylish Solar Panels(TM) received ETL listing to UL 1703. Bridging both the PV and the building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) markets, Colored Solar is recognized as a leader in pioneering solar technology. “Our customers can be comfortable knowing that our panels have been tested to adhere to the CEC standards and will meet and qualify for all rebates and tax incentives,” said Michael Mrozek CEO. “The colored solar technology has the potential to accelerate PV adoption worldwide in both residential and commmercial projects.”
