SCHOTT Solar Photovoltaic Unveils High Efficiency MONO Module

SCHOTT Solar PV, Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of high quality photovoltaic (PV) modules, announced the launch of the high efficiency SCHOTT PERFORMTM MONO PV module. The new module is manufactured in Albuquerque, New Mexico using top quality materials and a foundation of 54 years experience in solar technology.

The SCHOTT PERFORMTM MONO PV module offers industry-leading features which allow SCHOTT to provide a 10 year product warranty, a 25 year linear power warranty, and 5 Watt positive output tolerance to deliver maximum value over the life of a solar energy project.

Engineered in Germany and produced in Albuquerque, NM, SCHOTT PERFORMTM MONO PV modules qualify as a domestic end product under the "Buy American Act" (BAA), a U.S.-made end product under the Trade Agreement Act (TAA), and as a domestic manufactured product under the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA).

All SCHOTT modules, including the SCHOTT PERFORMTM MONO PV module, are environmentally tested to double the international certification standards for thermal cycling and damp heat tests to ensure superior product quality. The mono modules will initially be available in the 245 – 255 Watt Power Classes.
