NACEL Energy Purchases Stake in Crownbutte Wind Power

NACEL Energy Corporation (OTCBB: NCEN) (FRANKFURT: 4FC) ("NACEL" or the "Company") announced it has executed an agreement and acquired two substantial share blocks of Crownbutte Wind Power, Inc. (OTCBB: CBWP) ("Crownbutte") of Mandan, ND. As a consequence of closing the agreement, NACEL is now the largest shareholder of Crownbutte.

Crownbutte was established in 1999 and installed the first utility-scale wind power facility in the Dakotas at Chamberlain, South Dakota. Crownbutte later sold this wind park to one of the largest power cooperatives in the United States. Crownbutte currently has a pipeline of wind farm projects in various phases of development throughout the Dakotas and Montana.
