Wind Energy in Poland

Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, consulting company TPA Horwath and law firm BSJP Brockhuis Jurczak Prusak are pleased to invite you to the press conference “Wind Energy in Poland”.

Conference will take place on the 16th of October (Tuesday) at 10.00 a. m.
at Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, Bagatela Street 12.

No other renewable energy source, in our geographical situation, offers as many development possibilities as the wind. Only sustainable law and a well-thought-out support system will allow the “green” energy to become the most rapidly growing power grid and economic subsector, and Poland completely used its opportunities in the development of offshore wind energy.

Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ), TPA Horwath and law firm BSJP, under the auspices of CIRE (Energy Market Information Centre) prepared the fourth edition of a report which analyses the most dynamically developing energy sector in Poland. The report presents the sector’s current state and risks, including those relating to the discussion on the model of renewable energy source support system, and portrays further possible scenarios also for the development of offshore wind energy.

The publication “Wind Energy in Poland” will be presented at the conference, in which the authors’ and patrons’ representatives will take part.
