Spares in Motion opens new office in Texas

As of October 1^st 2015, Spares in Motion opens its new sales office to support buyers and suppliers in the North American wind turbine market.

Jacob Knickerbocker has been appointed as Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in the North American market.  Jacob Knickerbocker is located in Justin (Texas) and has a Master in Business Administration from the Texas Tech University. During his studies he specialized in Wind Energy and he was an active member of the Wind Energy Student Association (WESA) at the Texas Tech University over more than 2 years.

The North American wind turbine after warranty market is growing rapidly. As more and more wind turbines are getting out-of-warranty, the need for spare parts and the correct service provider to maintain these turbines is increasing. This growth is reflected in the number of North American buyers and suppliers using www.sparesinmotion.com (link is external) to buy and sell wind turbine spare parts, repair capabilities, wind turbines and wind turbine services. To give support to buyers and suppliers from the USA and Canada, Spares in Motion has decided to open a local office in Texas.
