Veer Energy Bags Wind Farm Order From China

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd. had received 30 MW wind farm infrastructure development contract from China-based Foshan Crown Import & Export Co. Ltd.

The company said it would develop 3 MW wind farm with Chinese Wind Turbine Generator.

The scope of contracts includes civil foundation, electrical work, commissioning and erection of WTG. The order is to be completed in two years in phase manner and the company is expecting to achieve 34.5 crore turnover from the said order received.

The company said it had obtained this order after successfully completing the work of the 9.5 kV 66kV doubly circuit external transmission line from Veer S/.S 66kV at Kundhada to 66kV GETCO S/S at Thadach and successfully charging 30 MW Veer S/S for wind power generation in Gujarat in July this year.

At the BSE, Veer Energy & Infrastructure shares are currently trading at Rs.11.90, up 9.78 percent from the previous close.
