Wind energy in Australia: ACS compete for a wind farm of 157 wind turbines

ACS has submitted bids for the Stockyard Hill wind farm with an installed capacity of 500 MW and with an investment of 825 million euros.

ACS would install wind turbines of REpower, German wind company controlled by Suzlon, the largest wind turbine manufacturer in India.

ACS competes with Vestas and General Electric. The wind power project is in the state of Victoria and will feature 242 wind turbines.
