MAIN FACTS:
-Enel Green Power’s North American unit and GE Capital unit EFS Chisholm LLC have signed a capital contribution agreement with a syndicate led by J.P. Morgan.
-The syndicate will commit to fund about $220 million for the 235MW Chisholm View Wind Farm.
-Enel Green Power’s unit will hold 49% and Chisholm 51%.
