enXco signs wind energy agreement with Ridgeline Energy

EnXco Service Corp. has signed a multi-year operations and maintenance agreement with Ridgeline Energy LLC to provide operations and maintenance services for the 79.86 MW Rockland Wind Farm. Rockland Wind Farm in Power County, Idaho, is a joint development venture between Ridgeline Energy and Diamond Generating Corp. Consisting of 44 Vestas V100 – 1.815 MW wind turbines, the project will provide wind power for Idaho Power under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). Under the terms of the O&M Agreement, enXco will provide complete O&M for the balance of wind farm, project oversight and remote monitoring from its NERC compliant control center.

enXco Service Corporation (eSC), an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company, has signed a multi-year Operation and Maintenance Agreement with Ridgeline Energy, LLC to provide operations and maintenance services for the 79.86 megawatt Rockland Wind Farm.

Rockland Wind Farm, located near American Falls in Power County, Idaho, is a joint development venture between Ridgeline Energy and Diamond Generating Corporation. Consisting of 44 Vestas V100 – 1.815 MW turbines, the project will generate clean energy for approximately 37,000 homes when it becomes fully operational later this month. Idaho Power will purchase the power under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).

Under the terms of the O&M Agreement, eSC will provide complete O&M for the balance of plant, project oversight, and 24/7 remote monitoring from its NERC compliant Operations Control Center. Previously, eSC’s Special Services Team provided support during the construction and commissioning of the project under a short-term service agreement.
