China Wind Power International to present at upcoming industry conferences

China Wind Power International Corp. (TSXV: CNW) announced that Mr. Walter Huang, the Company’s Board Director and Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Mr. Wendell Zhang, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at two upcoming annual industry conferences.

On March 8th at 4:05 pm in Shanghai, China, Mr. Huang and Mr. Zhang will present at Rodman & Renshaw’s 2011 Annual China Investment Conference and on March 16th at 11:30 am in Dana Point, California Mr. Huang and Mr. Zhang will present at Roth Capital Partners’ 23rd Annual OC Growth Stock Conference.

Mr. Huang and Mr. Zhang will discuss how China Wind Power is capitalizing on China’s growing demand for renewable wind energy by using its exclusive rights for wind energy development in China’s Du Mon County and developing a wind farm over five phases that will produce approximately 800 megawatts of capacity by 2014.
