Here Enterprises Adding New Revenue Stream via Agreement with Established Wind Turbines Manufacturer

Here Enterprises Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, announced a new strategic direction to increase revenue and profitability. Here Enterprises is engaged in developing wind farm facilities on its newly acquired Cycle Ranch project. On December 30, 2010, Here Enterprises signed an agreement with A&C Green Energy Inc. to resell A&C’s high performance wind turbines, creating a new revenue stream for the Company.

Here Enterprises will implement A&C Green Energy’s wind turbines, inverters and poles to generate clean wind power at its Cycle Ranch wind farm, leveraging advantageous dealer pricing. The Company will also engage in reselling A&C’s wind power equipment to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers, providing product sales, consulting and project management services.

Established wind technology provider A&C Green Energy of Dallas, Texas was founded in 1999. The Company specializes in manufacturing, integrating and marketing highly efficient wind systems including its Talon and PowerMax+ small wind generators, inverters and poles. A&C Green Energy’s turbines are currently generating wind power in North America, Central America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe.
