Eco Energy Partners will have non-exclusive sourcing rights for Crosswind Renewable Energy throughout the world to research, identify, and introduce clean energy, energy efficient and energy reducing technological companies for distribution by Crosswind through its significant, reliable, cost effective and widely distributed network. This will form the basis for the new partnerships between Crosswind and the identified potential partners.

Crosswind retains the Worldwide Exclusive Distribution Rights from EEP sourced companies for all of the Partnership opportunities with the exception of certain Asian and Indian territories.
