Wind energy in Mexico – Wind farm Los Vergeles start construction in November 2010

Energy Secretary Georgina Kessel Martinez, supported the initiative of Governor Eugenio Hernandez Flores to take advantage of the wind potential of Tamaulipas and crystallize the construction of what will be the first wind power plant in Latin America by a government administration, which is located in the community of Los Vergeles, in San Fernando.
