enXco Signs O&M Agreement for Linden Wind Energy Project

enXco Service Corporation (eSC), an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company (Paris: EEN), has signed an Operations and Maintenance Agreement with Southern California Public Power Authority (SCPPA) for the 50 megawatt Linden Wind Power Project located in Klickitat County, Washington.

The Linden Wind Farm, developed by enXco for SCPPA on behalf of participating members Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and the City of Glendale, consists of 25 REpower MM92 wind turbines.

Construction of the wind energy project commenced in November 2009, and achieved commercial operations in June 2010. enXco Service Corporation provided commissioning assistance during construction, and will now provide on-site O&M for the balance of plant during the warranty period, and for the turbines post-warranty. In addition to operation and maintenance services provided at the site, 24/7 remote monitoring of the wind turbines will be provided from enXco Service Corp’s Operations Control Center located near Chandler, Minnesota.
