The Wind Power Plant will be set up at Jethana, Ratlam District, Madhya Pradesh, and will have 7 wind turbines with a capacity of 750 kW each aggregating to 5.25 MW.

The company said it would enter into a power purchase agreement with Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board to supply around 112 lakh units per annum at the rate of Rs.4.35 per unit for 13 year. The investment will have positive impact on the balance of Nakoda, it said.

After commissioning of the new wind turbines, Nakoda’s wind power capacity will increased to 12 MW from the present 6.75 MW, it added.
