Sauer Energy Engages M4 Engineering for Wind Turbines Testing and Development

Sauer Energy, Inc. ("SEI"), a BCO Hydrocarbon, Ltd. (OTCBB: BCOZ) subsidiary developer and producer of home and enterprise scale wind turbine systems, today announced it has engaged M4 Engineering to collaborate on the design and engineering phases of its Wind Turbine Systems.

Long Beach, California-based M4 Engineering is a leading engineering analysis and consulting company focused on providing structural and multi-disciplinary analysis and optimization services to the aerospace industry. Its customers include The Boeing Company, United States Air Force, NASA, Jacobs Engineering and many others.

"Sauer Energy has designed a cutting-edge turbine that requires multi-disciplinary optimization and we look forward to collaborating with M4 Engineering to validate that design," said Dieter Sauer, SEI President and Chief Executive Officer.

"To successfully complete the development and help bring our revolutionary vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT) to market, M4 will provide expert analysis to calculate our turbine systems’ structural, geometric, aerodynamics, strength, vibrational and aeroelastic properties," he added. "For example, M4’s Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a precision test for optimum performance and design efficiency that is ideally suited for our turbines testing and development."

M4 Engineering is a growing engineering analysis and consulting company focused on providing structural and multi-disciplinary analysis and optimization services to the aerospace industry. The company provides analysis, optimization, and software development services to a range of customers in the Department of Defense and private industry.

M4’s customers include The Boeing Company, United States Air Force (Air Force Research Laboratory), NASA Langley Research Center, United States Army (Aircraft and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Command), United States Navy (Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division), Jacobs Engineering, Hitco Carbon Composites, Northrop Grumman and Smiths Aerospace.

Nevada City, California-based SEI is a developmental stage, wholly owned subsidiary of BCO Hydrocarbon that designs and produces small, cost-effective wind turbine systems designed to be sold as a kit for roof mounting on an individual home or small building. Utilizing its advanced patented and proprietary technology, SEI’s vertical axis wind turbines are intended for the home and small to mid-size enterprise marketplace.

SEI wind turbines are designed to enable its customers to produce their own renewable energy at a low cost per kilowatt hour, save on their utility bills and help the environment. SEI is in the process of commercializing its VAWT product line for manufacturing and distribution into one of the fastest growing segments of the global energy marketplace.
