Trina Solar Announces Increased Module Shipments with ENERQOS in Italy

Trina Solar Limited (NYSE:TSL) ("Trina Solar" or the "Company"), a leading integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic (PV) products from the production of ingots, wafers and cells to the assembly of PV modules, today announced that its subsidiary, Changzhou Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd., has increased its yearly shipments to ENERQOS SPA ("ENERQOS"), a leading Italian photovoltaic system and solar power plant construction company headquartered in Monza with offices across Italy, France and Greece.

Under the terms of the agreement signed in November 2009, Trina Solar is increasing its 2010 committed quantity to ENERQOS to 23 MW of PV modules in 2010 from 2 MW in 2009. Shipments include 13 MW and 10 MW of PV modules for the first and second half of 2010, respectively, with agreed prices for the first and second quarter of 2010.
