Electric Car Company Finalizes Agreement with Electric Vehicle Performance Conversions

Electric Car Company, Inc. (OTCBB:ELCR), a vehicle conversion Company that specializes in electric conversions and manufacturing for the Livery and Fleet Markets, announces that it has finalized the Agreement with Electric Vehicle Performance Conversions, LLC. (EVPC) of West Palm Beach, Florida.

In a previous news release dated October 29, 2009 Electric Car Company, Inc. (ECC) announced that it had signed a Letter Of Intent with EVPC to provide complete turnkey, electric power conversion consulting and technical services to ECC’s line of Livery and Fleet vehicles to include "Specialty Buses" for the commuter, transit, and limousine and sightseeing transportation industries.

EVPC will work closely with the Company to create and develop matched EV (Electric Vehicles) or Hybrid (full electric drive systems with optional gas) systems including Electric Drive Systems for larger than one ton rated livery vehicle trucks, buses and limousine livery vehicles.

The Agreement also requires EVPC to assist in setting up the Franchising Division with duties that include new EV and Hybrid systems design consulting for the Company’s client programs. EVPC will also contribute the knowledge and sales assistance for the Company’s current and potential clients in order to grow Conversion Franchises throughout the world. Electric Car Company and EVPC will jointly own and develop a proprietary Franchise Division with exclusive specifications during the period of the engagement.
