Vestas receives 60 MW wind turbines order for a wind power plant in the USA

Vestas has received a firm and unconditional wind energy order in the USA for wind turbine equipment corresponding to 60 MW to secure access to the Production Tax Credit beyond 2014.

 

This is part of a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with the potential for up to 600 MW. The order has been received from SunEdison. The wind turbines in the new MSA will be deployed at various wind power projects that are currently being developed.
